I first tried Exante back in 2014. The first time I followed the Total Solution plan and lost 6lb in one week. Since then I have also tried the Flexi Solution and used Exante products to follow a 5:2 intermittent fasting diet. I am currently running a giveaway to win a 2 week diet plan box from Exante – head to the bottom of this post to enter!
Four weeks ago I started the Shake That Weight diet – I followed the Woman with Meal plan which involved having three Shake That Weight products and one 400 calorie meal a day. There are other plans depending on your weight and lifestyle and there’s a handy tool on the website to help you choose. You can also read more about Shake That Weight on my previous post.

Last year, just after my 39th birthday I decided I had had enough of being overweight, unfit, tired and generally pretty fed up with my body and how I felt about myself. I even wrote a poem about it! Welcome back to my Fit by 40 series. I mentioned in my last update that I had been loosely following a 16:8 intermittent fasting plan. Well, since the new year I have found out some more about IF and I am now fully committed to this new way of eating. Read more
