OK, so I know we’re a week into March already but last month I started with these monthly likes and loves posts and I don’t want to give up just one month in! After January feeling like the longest month ever, February absolutely flew by. I know it’s a short month anyway, but with a week of half term in there too it felt like it was over before it started!
Without further ado then, here’s what I’ve liked, loved and done in February… Read more
After starting swimming with Puddle Ducks back in October Gabe is now half way through his second block of lessons and I’m so pleased with the progress that he’s making that I really wanted to share a bit more about it with you. Read more
In January last year I wrote a ‘Liked & Loved‘ post with the intention of linking up every month with Stevie from A Cornish Mum to share some of the positives from my month. But for one reason or another I never made it past the second month! Read more
Welcome back to my Fit by 40 series. I am now only 4 months away from my 40th birthday and although I’m very pleased with the progress I’ve made so far, I’ve still got a way to go to get to where I want to be. She had decided to get in touch with me after seeing my comment on this video by Chloe from Sorry About The Mess. Read more
In January last year I wrote a post about my hopes, plans and goals for 2017 and as it turns out I managed to do quite well with them. I was going to write a similar post this year, and then Lucy from Mrs H’s Favourite Things invited me to join her and some fellow bloggers in writing an ’18 for 2018′ post – part goals and plans, part bucket list with a focus on putting yourself first. Back in January last year I wrote a post about my hopes, plans and goals for 2017. Now I have to be honest and admit I never really looked at it again for the rest of the year but I did kind of have some of the things in the back of my mind as the year went on.
Anyway, I decided that before I started making some new plans for 2018 I would take a look back and see how I got on with my 2017 goals, plans and hopes…

It’s been a while since I wrote my last Fit by 40 post and now we are almost six months since I started on this journey (I hate calling it a journey but I can’t think of any other word to use!) I thought it was about time I gave you an update. Read more
