I don’t know what it’s been like where you are but it feels like it hasn’t stopped raining for weeks up here on the Fylde coast! We’ve had some very soggy school runs, although I have to admit we have been taking the slightly drier option of using the car.

It’s another late Living Arrows post from me this week – mostly because I didn’t have any pictures to use! We really haven’t been up to much recently, just getting through the days with two very tired boys…

Is it just me or are the weeks absolutely flying past at the moment? It feels like the boys only just went back to school but it’s October tomorrow already and we break up for half term in less than three weeks!

Well after last week’s post, and in fact a lot of the posts over the summer where I was struggling with the boys’ behaviour and squabbling, I’m sure you’ll all be pleased to hear we’ve had a much better week all round!

We’re definitely back into the school routine here, and after all the tears from Gabe on his first few days at school, last week was much more successful. He is doing full days now too and apart from being absolutely shattered he seems to be enjoying it.

Well, it wouldn’t be the first week of September without back to school pictures would it? It was actually week 37 last year that had our back to school pictures, and they were the last ones that only had Toby in them…. because both my boys are now at school!

I’m going to cheat a little bit with this post and use some more pictures from our holiday. We really haven’t done anything since we got back, except lots of washing and unpacking! The boys have been making the most of a last few days at home before school starts tomorrow.
