So this is the last Living Arrows of November, and there are only 5 more to go before the end of the year! I sound like broken record but I am constantly amazed at how fast this last few months of the year is going. Blimey, week 47 already! It feels like the last third of this year is absolutely flying by. This week has been another normal one for us really. The boys got to wear Pudsey t-shirts for school and nursery this week – they were supposed to wear spots but I always just buy the t-shirts instead. That way I’m donating to a good cause as well as not having to worry about finding them something to wear! Read more

If you read my Living Arrows post last week you’ll know we had a lot of tears on the first day back at school and nursery last week. Fortunately it was short-lived and Toby and Gabe were both OK for the rest of the week. Toby went in every day with a big smile on his face and Gabe, despite moaning about not wanting to go to nursery, was absolutely fine when he got there and didn’t even cry when I left him! Read more

And just like that half term is done. Unfortunately we had quite a lot of tears about going back to school and nursery this morning but I’m hoping it’s just because it was the first day back and tomorrow will be better. We didn’t do an awful lot during the holiday – both boys just need time at home to decompress, relax and recover I think and hopefully they managed to do that. Read more
