Living Arrows 12/52 (2017)

After our busy week at Bluestone we’ve had a quiet week at home this last week. We had a few walks to the post office, a visit from my mum and a drive to the supermarket (with a cheeky Costa coffee trip too). And this weekend we made it as far as the garden centre for cake!

Yesterday Toby did some painting with his dad – we’ve had a Clangers solar system mobile kit for ages and after Toby spotted it the other day he was desperate to do it. So I put daddy on crafting duty while Gabe had a nap and I got on with some work. It was lovely to see them working on something together and Toby really enjoyed it.

Unfortunately Gabe’s good sleep of our holiday hasn’t carried on and we’ve been back to waking at least once, if not two or three times a night. He’s got a bit of a cold this week, and possibly I think his teeth are bothering him too. He’s definitely been on the grumpy and clingy side this week, good job he’s cute though…

  1. Toby looks like he’s having lots of fun with his Daddy. We recently got out some craft kits the children got for Christmas, they had forgotten about them so were very excited all over again. Poor Gabe, hope he’s back to sleeping well for you again soon. #LivingArrows

  2. Ah how lovely Toby got to sit down with his dad to do his painting project. Beautiful light in that photo! Hope Gabe feels better soon and his sleep improves! (If you find any magic cures for non-sleeping baby / toddlers then please let me know!).

  3. Thats a gorgeous shot of Toby and his dad spending some good quality crafting time together! Poor Gabe, everyone seems to have come down with the cold just now! Hope he recovers soon, and that those toothy pegs make an appearance!x #LivingArrows

  4. Fab picture of Toby with his Dad n sorry to learn that Gabe is not his usual self due to teething. I’m in the same boat with Eco. #livingarrows
